SHIPPING TIMELINE FOR PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order items cause the entire order to be held until every product within the order has arrived or been released.

Should a customer wish to receive in-stock items earlier, an additional shipping charge may be requested to facilitate separate shipping for these items.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS

Any cancellations of Pre-Orders for Sealed Trading Card Game Products will be subjected to a processing fee, which amounts to 10% of the value of the cancelled items.

PRODUCT RELEASE STATUS

A product is considered released and no longer on pre-order once the "Pre-Order" label is removed from its listing. Be advised that release dates are flexible and may shift due to production, distribution challenges, or other unexpected factors.
